6.3" Nonstick Lid

Created to cover the Swiss Diamond Saucepan, this 6.3 inch (16 cm) glass lid is sturdy and well-constructed. This universal lid can also be used on any 16cm cookware, with its stainless steel lip ensuring a quality fit. Using heat-tempered glass increases the cover's durability and allows the chef to see through it without lifting the lid, preventing boil-overs and overcooking. The adjustable vent in the handle releases or contains steam as the chef opens and closes it. Easily thicken sauces and gravies, or prevent vegetables from drying out. It can even be used in the oven up to 260 C (500 F). Avoid immersing a hot lid in cold water - allow it to cool completely prior to washing.
